Lance began his career with Der Manouel Insurance Group in 1995, and became a partner in January of 2008. He is responsible for the development and management of a large book of business, and also acts as mentor to the Financial Services Producers at the agency. Lance specializes in Employee Benefit Consulting and Sales for industries including Emergency and Non-Emergency Medical Transportation, Churches, Christian Schools, and Non-Profit Agencies. He enjoys working with employers to create a benefits package that is customized for their specific needs. His goal is to design a benefit program that employees value as an important part of the total compensation package. Lance works closely with Human Resource Managers and provides invaluable support in compliance with legislative mandates, maintaining a competitive edge in benefit offerings, employee communication and more. Lance is mindful of the enormous financial burden that employers face in providing employee benefits, and works diligently to find the perfect balance between attractive coverage and fiscal responsibility.
For the last ten years, Lance has been an Associate Member of the
California Alliance of Child and Family Services. He is also a 17
year member of the Association of Christian Schools International
and a 10 year member of the California Ambulance Association. |

Lee joined Der Manouel Insurance Group in 2009, bringing a wealth of
knowledge and experience to the agency with him. He began his career
in 1976 with Equitable of New York. He served as Vice President of
Hilb Rogal & Hobbs Insurance Services of Central California, and
joined Der Manouel Insurance Group after serving 25 years with HRH
of Central California Insurance Services, where he was Manager of
Employee Benefits and Financial Services. |

Britt has been with Der Manouel Insurance Group since 2005. She is
responsible for the development and management of a large book of
business. Britt is mindful of the enormous financial burden that employers face in providing employee benefits, and works diligently to find the perfect balance between attractive coverage and fiscal responsibility.
Britt is a California State University, Fresno alumnus, and holds a
degree in Business Administration-Marketing. She has also obtained
her Series 7, 66 and California Insurance License. She is a member
of the California Association of Health Underwriters. |

Roger began his career in 1993 with HMO Foundation Health Plan, where he worked as an Account Coordinator. In 2000 he joined third party administrator, Benelect as Marketing Manager. Roger has been with Der Manouel Insurance Group since 2004. Roger specializes in Employee Benefit Consulting and Sales for industries including Construction, Churches, Christian Schools, and Non-Profit Agencies. He enjoys working with employers to create a benefits package that is customized for their specific needs. His goal is to design a benefit program that employees value as an important part of the total compensation package. Kristin joined the Financial Services Division of Der Manouel Insurance Group in November of 2003. As an Account Executive, Kristen provides a level of service that is unrivaled in the industry. Kristin works directly with her clients in taking care of day to day business such as adding new employees, organizing open enrollment meetings, and HRconnection implementation & training. She also assists Producers with overall client plan development and maintenance operations including mid-year analysis and strategic planning, renewal evaluations and proposal preparation.
Kristin is a graduate of California State University, Fresno. She
began her professional life in Education, but soon made the decision
to move into the Health Insurance industry. Kristin and her husband
John have two young daughters, Riley and Rowan. |
